Time limit is allow in all day, just afterwards you need to do the minigame again and can give time limit again
Warden can add rules like time limit in all day as long as it's following rules

You can search more of it up on BLW JB discord server's questions channel, I recommend asking questions before reporting players and please provide demos instead of videos since demo provide more evidences
