What is the accused persons SteamID? STEAM_0:0:196836503

What rules has the reported player broken? Massive Freekill

Since I don't have a demo (record command wasn't working), I took a screenshot of the console. He disconnected so no one could report him, but we got his steam ID, before he left.

Console doesn't show who was freekilled or not. People claim freekill even though they were clearly not following the orders, and there could have been a lot of people not following there orders. We have no context behind this, so this report is invalid. I will take a look at the demo @will5023 provided though.
