Any other proof you have If you look on his profile you can see that he knows Razor, whom I think is an infamous UU exploiter. Also, he has "Epic Weeb" on his friends list (with a VAC ban, mind you), and if you look into Epic Weeb's previous names, he has YumYum in some of them. YumYum is also known for being the leader of the YumYum clan, a clan that also specializes in exploiting. So therefore, this person is in contact with two infamous exploiters, and has headshot damage increased on his scorch shot.
