This is a tricky one. On the one hand, you were uncloaked for a second, but on the other hand, he still got you after you moved while cloaked. If you can provide additional evidence then I'd be ready to ban him, but otherwise it could be a one off. I'll wait for other admin's inputs.

Didn't watch the demo but the guy has no steam profile and is VAC banned so lets just resolve this. He got permanently banned by smac. Thanks for the report!
