Who are you Reporting? A name changer ( putato, seventy seven, ManillaKilla! )

What is the accused persons SteamID? [U:1:98305571]

What rules has the reported player broken? Name changing constantly freekilling me to avoid any tracking. The dude doesn't change his avatar and I can find him with his steam ID.. This is currently ongoing as of NOW. Haven't seen him rejoin the server yet.

For the screenies; see chat and console user ID screenies. I was following all the commands, he just aims for me immediately every round. Couldn't grab the ID for putato, but seventy seven and ManillaKilla! are the same.

Additionally, about me 'freekilling'... I was a prisoner demoman? it's not freekilling.

Player used 5 different names, but the ones I checked didn't match anyone else on the server at the time, so it's not impersonation or namehacks.

However, is spamming and insulting a lot, so the player has been silenced for 4 days.
This doubles as a teamban for admitting to freekill, since they won't be able to go on blue while muted.
