Everyone has been punished, with the following exceptions:
SadBaljeet was already punished for MFK.
(1)BOx will not be punished for micspam, he wasn't that loud/obnoxious.
BOx will not be punished for favoritism, as considering he had a server-wide kill order on him at the time, he likely had more pressing issues than dealing with rebels.
