Another guy spawncamped too, but i lost his id. name was "random cunt"

For instances like spawncamping, we'd much prefer demos, but I think this will do. Also we use the SteamID32.
In any case, I've given Lukčáá a 24 hour ban, since it was his/her first offense. I'm leaving this report open in the event that any admin can find the second offender.
