Completed Replace jb_qbus_mc_summer_v2_fix7 with jb_qbus_mc_snow_fix5

Its no secret that the current version of qbus crashes servers every time its played, which is a damn shame because that is the only good Minecraft map in rotation. This version is very similar to the one currently in rotation except the map has snow and the mobs aren't present hopefully this version can be played without the killing the servers.
