Declined Remove The (Roll The Dice) Command

I'm thinking about removing the rtd command that everybody loves, and believe me, i love it too, but it kind of leads to cheating. One time i was playing on a deathrun server and the mini-game was called i think Nine Squares. This medic used the RTD Command and placed down a dispenser, but in a funny way. He placed it down after the square left so that it will stay their forever, thus leading him to victory. i know this might not be a big of a deal but, it's kind of weird putting a RTD command into a deathrun server. :/

RTD adds an element of randomness to the flow of the game... but there's no need to outright remove the entire command. We could just simply remove the Dispenser/Sentry based rolls? ?
