Completed Remove the kill/explode command for the death

When playing on the deathrun server. Sometimes the death kills itself because it doesn't want to be the death. These people can do this because they can kills itself by typing "kill" or "explode" in the console. I don’t understand why it exists because the death can’t change teams or classes and these actions are punished by admin and moderators. I wish someone would do something to get this action removed because it’s really annoying that people keep doing this all the time. Thank you for your attention.

thank you for reporting this. I actually found a bug in the logic of the code which allowed people to still suicide.
This has now been fixed and the death should no longer be able to suicide.
