Completed Remove random crits from the boss in the VSH LR (Jailbreak)

Fairly straightforward, in addition to preventing hales from one-shotting overhealed heavies it would also fix a bug where the boss can bypass demoknight shields and kill them with a single random crit. It would also make Easter Bunny a bit more unique, since he could still get crits from his eggs ;p
