For this i think its already unfair enough for hale getting 3* damage then normal like a heavy is a single shot ,kunai spy with max overheal with dead ringer is on still dead,demoknight with 4 head is dead and so many other things,for bhoping i would remove it for real vsh,but at the same time the maps sucks to be use at vsh,its to many close courter,the hale spawn and red spawn its so close near be there for enginner cant prepare sentry nest and heavy cant get to the save place.If bhop still a thing i mean both side gain extra speed any much higher chance of survivability for reds,but at the same time random crit at hale is just unfair since its rng,you can get crits for 3 times of not getting at all,the for i think removing random crit as hale it just stupid and unbalance since almost every class its one hit without a item,except heavy 2 hits.
