Completed Remove / nerf Powerplay on the Class Wars servers

Almost every match ends in someone rolling Powerplay and just facerolling their way to the point, since you can still capture even when ubered with it. Either reduce the duration, or make it so it can't cap, or just remove it entirely. It ruins so many matches.

....and while you're at it, letting us play on maps other than Dustbowl would be nice.

Powerplay in itself is an overpowered roll to get, with Uber and Crits alone. But adding on top the fact that you can capture the controlpoints and you have knockback immunity from airblasts, makes it extreamly unfair and unfun to play against. The ammount of times, you feel like your team is...
