Completed Remove disguise options for BLU spies.

It's not allowed to disguise in Jailbreak and we all do know why, since it's tricking the players on RED.
It's not allowed to do it so it's maybe for the best to just simply remove it.

Reds are allowed to disguise, Blue's are not. That's why it's still in there. If a Blue is breaking this rule, he must be confronted or will recieve a report, they morelikely undo it. Chances on Guards wanting to play a weak Spy are low though so chances on it happening are lower too.

He means the blue spies should not have access to the disguise kits, just like the red spies don't have access to it either. Which, yeah, is how it should be. Remove dis. kit from blu pls

Either way, reds are allowed to disguise by stabbing someone with the Eternal Reward, blues are not.
