So, regarding this rule, let's say the previous Warden said both Outside cell rebel day and lava day. Then somehow a rebeller kills the 1st warden and another one replaces him. So, this warden says for all reds to go to the yellow line and afk freeze right. And so the round continues normally. Thus the question is, isn't OCR day and lava day still active? And if so, aren't those who followed the 2nd Warden's orders, KOS?

Previous warden's orders die with him unless the new warden says otherwise. If orders are reapplied in this manner warden should give reds time to resume following them before considering them KoS (unless they're obviously rebels).
