A few days ago I came across something, a director decided to do the lava day, when one of the guards decided to enter the cell and one of the prisoners went to beat him and the guard killed him, in this case, he is bait for the guard entering in the cell? and can the prisoner touch the ground to hit the guard?

If a BLU baits a RED, (which is what happened in the case you described) the RED can step on the ground and go to kill the baiter. Once the guard stops baiting, the RED should go back to abiding by the lava day order, or they’ll eventually become KoS for not listening to the order after touching the floor for a valid reason, as the day is still active unless warden says otherwise.
