Apparently I was using duplicate accounts.

Why should we revoke your punishment?
I wasn't using a duplicate account, I was leaving and rejoining to test out mat_dxlevels and the server must've thought I was rejoining on a duplicate account each time. I should mention I use a VPN which disconnects a lot if that helps.
