What is this accused person's SteamID?: STEAM_0:0:182944450 (mpg), STEAM_0:1:69118238 (F2.SmOKer)
What rules has the reported player broken?: Both of them were very racist, spammed very offensive words towards me for being a jew. Additionally F2.SmOKer was flooding the chat in caps.
Proof: About the proof, I got screenshots & chat logs. Just to not spam all of this report file with screenshots, i'll just leave here both of those players chat logs, if you want the screenshots feel free to contact me directly and I will give you them. (also still online in game so I have the full chat log in my chat).

I have to add that I wasn't toxic towards them, wasn't responding to their racist words so therefore I didn't cause or motivate them to be toxic towards me.
