We are usually open and prone to give people second chances, even third and fourth chances. Some people here have gotten absurd or absurdly many appeals accepted, however that's not the case with cheating. However sorry you are, however stupid you think you were when you cheated and however badly you regret doing it, it won't influence your ban right now. It's good if you're sorry, at least that means that you've changed for the better but to unban you would be hypocritical and foolish.

Probably the only scenario where I would unban a cheater is if he was banned a very long time ago and I was sure that the person would never do it again. In contrast, you have two private accounts both of which have bad history and some cheeky previous names to them: Loog most "legit" player; 105 Legit; unnamed

Unbanning you is not an option, sorry.
