the people accusted me of not having mic when i clearly had he then made everyone to vote ban me

Why should we revoke your punishment?
I had in many times saw some blu players not following rules or not enogh players. i also want to play in blu sometimes to teach fellow starters

First off, you were not teambanned by a vote, you were teambanned permanently for not having a mic. If you prove to any staff member in-game that you have a mic, your teamban will be removed.
