On what servers do you usually play on, and which servers would you like to moderate?
I play alot on EU dodgeball advanced and ocassionally on EU dodgball regular. I'd be happy to moderate both servers, I have a good amount of time in the deathrun server and on other deathrun servers, I know the rules of the server and if needed I can moderate there too.
Why would you like to become a moderator?
I'd decided to apply a couple weeks ago when I was getting back into dodgeball, I know alot of the staff work
pretty hard and reckon I could be a helping hand.
I enjoy the good parts of the community its mostly very friendly but I often see alot of casual racism and a large amount of rule breaking which is something I'd like to help control.
I have patience for people who have made mistakes in the past because everyone will have done something unsavoury at some point. Their behaviour in recent times is the only thing that would matter to me and I believe thats how it should be treated.
Ultimately I enjoy playing on the blackwonder servers and anything I can do to help make the servers more enjoyable is a bonus.

How often do you play TF2?
5-7 days a week usually 1 - 3 hours
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
Firstly with small rule breaking, stealing, teamkilling, delaying and map abuse. A warning first, then slay, then kick.
If it's repetitive enough and obviously on purpose to be bannable I would start with:
1 hour -> 4h -> 8 hours -> 24h -> 72h -> 1 week -> 2 weeks -> 1 month -> perma
Bots:
If a player is definitely a bot permanent ban
Chat or Vc Spam would start with a warning then kick then:
8 hour gag/mute -> 24h -> 72h -> 1 week -> 2 weeks -> 1 month -> 3 months -> perma gag/mute
Racism/Extreme toxicity would start with a warning then kick then:
24 hour gag/mute -> 72h -> 2 weeks -> 1 month -> perma gag/mute
I have less leniency towards any kind of hostile behaviour negatively impacting other players' day
!calladmin abuse:
8 hour ban -> 24h -> 1 week -> 1 month -> perma
Spraybans:
Anything lewd or hatespeech is a permanent sprayban as they're pretty easy to appeal and a spray ban isnt that bad of a punishment
Cheating is obviously a permanent ban only if it can be completely certain that they are in fact cheating. Gathering this info from their pov, and demos.
In the case of repeat offenders, as I said before I am willing to forgive past mistakes and when punishing players I would take into account past offences in the last year but nothing beyond this.
This is how I would do things personally, but as someone who hasn't moderated for blackwonder I would take after those more experienced than me.

I have been a positive active player since 2020, have - in my opinion- good relations with all the regulars in the dodgeball community. I have looked through my chatlogs personally and some things in there aren't good but they're from 4-5 years ago, I don't use this as an excuse but please take into account I was 14 or 15 at the time and haven't done anything similar in the last 3 years and have no intentions to. I believe in reform and mistakes like those is part of why I would like to be a moderator.
If you feel it is best to reject my application I understand, I only aim to improve the community.
