(This is for Punisher I am appealing for him since he is banned on the forums) For having many many previous mutes

Why should we revoke your punishment?
Because he has learned his lesson and would like to be able to actually communicate again

He has a history of avoiding punishments and acting toxic as well as racist. Both towards players and admins. even the fact he is currently both gagged and muted didn't stop him avoiding on an alt. i dont think i can undo this considering the avoiding on an alt. If he hadnt avoided i could be easier convinced to undo this but at this point right now so soon i cant. declined.
