Resolved Problem with Equalizer and Escape plan in deathrun

Since Kamikaze taunt can't kill, the problem is that the death (blu) can kamikaze to activate all door traps to kill and runners (reds) can kamikaze to activate buttons through walls
In the demo i can activate all floor traps
