Completed Prevent Medics from spectating in MvE/Zombie mode

Currently when blus die, they are freely able to spectate both teams. This makes it very hard to survive as red, since medics will always know the red's positions no matter where they try and hide. This leaves their only option being to fight, which is generally not a great option for most maps. I would also like to limit blu's ability to access team spectate, that way a med can't just swap to spec to reveal the red's locations.
