I went and checked the reason and it turned out that my brother had created multiple accounts and had downloaded cheats to play on them as he was being angry and upset in the game. As you can see from my previous gameplay, i have been online on your servers for a long time without and reports from anyone. I am willing to provide proof like my brother could join the black wonder discord voice chat and explain it to you guys. I am really sorry that i wasnt able to stop my brother from cheating on your servers. I hope that you could contact me for more clarification and have me unbanned.

We have a policy of "your internet, your responsibility".
If it were your brother who cheated, how can we verify that he won't do it again, since you already failed to control him once?

Im sorry man, i admit that it was my fault that i wasnt able to control him but i really enjoy playing on your servers and am truly sorry that he had cheated on the server. i promise you that i will consult him about this matter and make sure that he will never cheat in any sort of game again.

Another way we could resolve this is that could you set it to ban any other account other than STEAM_0:1:79927916 which is my account not my brothers so that he would not be able to cheat on your servers again. And if ,if someone reports me for cheating and actual evidence is presented. I will gladly take the responsibility and get banned as that would have proved that i am not able to take control of my brother from using my account to cheat on your servers.

I am sorry that i was not able to prevent my brother the first time. Could you give me some options where i would be then able to be unbanned?
I really enjoy your servers and i also never had any reports or accusations towards me before.

This is what already happened, according to your story. It sounds like we both agree the ban should remain. Or - more likely - you yourself cheated on an alternate account and the ban should remain.
