When playing Pokemon can the warden say reds vs blues? I've seen it done but it just sound like gladiator.

If a BLU gets involved in the fighting, they are favouring/freekilling and should be slain/teambanned. They are also baiting but that's less important in this case.
The only thing BLUs can do is decide who fights who, and be the 'trainers'.
