Resolved Points reset on la jb

It happened right around map change right as the infamous map jb_alkatraz_v18 was added, Map takes longer than normal to load, nobody can load the map and it crashes to jb_bootcamp all of a sudden we rejoin and all our points are gone?

Don't have any more proof due to me lacking to take the screenshots on the day this happened,

I've put a couple of changes in place to avoid this. I'm not quite sure if it's a logic mistake or clients disconnecting/reconnecting thing
