Plans for the summer?

Anyone planning to do something big and exciting this summer im just going to sleep honestly.

Yes I do. I fly to mexico for a few weeks and then straight to Miami where i'm going to go on a shooting range.

I don't think I'll be doing much this summer judging by the English summer containing more thunder storms then sunny weather.

I'm thinking of doing a SAXXY reward for 2016, as soon as i learn how to open a certain program that helps make (new) weapons.
Currently my project is named: The Blackout

It's about the medic and a whole new set for him
including medigun, bonesaw, and his primary weapon.
Plus a new set of cosmetics that change his looks.
and i have an idea for two new taunts in the game, which are actually not that bad if you think about them. (in case you are wondering, a taunt for the medic only, and i taunt for all classes)
The ""THEME"" is about Electricity and Power.

i would like some help as well on trying to help me decide what the status of the new weapons and medigun will be, i have already made their status from my imagination and they fit very well (at least that's how i see it)

but the most important thing is, since my PC can runs SFM only 10 frames per-second (which is slow as fuk), I need someone to do the animation with me and help me with the story line.
I'm thinking that i want the story line to be as simplistic as the guy who made the "Baggers bazooka"

So far i'm trying to learn how to launch or run the program that makes me able to create weapons or objects really... but i just don't know how >_<

I already have the weapons design and the cosmetics design and how the two taunts's animations in my brain, as well as the simple story line.
the only thing left is running the program that makes me create the weapon.

Because i don't want to post it and then someone else steals my ideas and make it look like it's his own.

You can use the Souce SDK to create TF2 Stuff and i could do SFM for you but im only good in creating Posters/Pictures

the program (from what i know) uses Source SDK as well as using it's own materials.

As for summer, I'm looking for a part time job. In the first week, I have a 3-day long surgery (which is so damn complicated that my mom needs to drive 3-4 hours to reach the nearest hospital which can actually preform the sugery, not to mention that only 2 people (one being the chef physician) in the whole building could/can preform the sugery. Neither of them did it in practise, only in theory. Also, in the 5th week I'm going to go to the Gamescom (like the last 4 years, WOHO) with my 3 friends and do a bit of cosplay (Shiroe of Log Horizon if anyone is interessted). After summer, I also plan on starting a apprenticeship as either IT-salesman or IT specialist - system integration.
Oh, and also my friends want me to drag to a metal festival called Noaf which appen in the last weekend of summer... but troubleling, but it seems not that bad.
