Declined Pernament ban on blackwonder

According to the ban listing on Blackwonder.tf I have received a source ban for duplicate account. My Steam ID is : STEAM_0:0:140518892, I have been banned via admin through the console. My reason for being banned is for having a duplicate account also known as an alt account. Despite this I have no reason to defend myself against this ban as I have apparently got the same IP as this user and I have no connection or any idea who the other individual is. An admin of blackwonder told me that his Steam username is 420 Blaze it like a red head and that he has the same IP as me used information shown right here:
