Nothing Team Fortress 2 related, but I do have multiple positions ranging from trial moderator to head admin.
Rust, Gmod and Minecraft have had multiple rolls ranging from T-Mod to Head Admin, along with many Discord servers.
For Rust I moderated a PvE server for a while, Rusty & Chill, was a T-Mod at RustReborn for a bit (left due to personal issues).
Gmod a small community server I sadly cannot remember the name of and DarkRP server RustyPickle US.
Minecraft I worked up to head admin on a server called ReeveMC, (quickly demoted as the owner jumped ship), and briefly a moderator helping build / oversee a failed Skyblock server, BlockWorlds.
There were a few other smaller servers on many, many different games (Cosmoteer, From the Depths, Terraria and Command & Conquer to name a few), but many were either too small or too inactive for me to justify noting directly.

Why would you like to become a moderator?
I am a rather active player, and during my play time I have encountered a number of rulebreakers playing the server. I would like to be able to educate people more on the rules and enforce them when necessary.
I also am on when most other admins or moderators don't seem to be on, and think I'd be able to go on when most others wouldn't be able to, but I am also flexible in my schedule due to my work hours.
I also have a fairly extensive amount of moderation experience, and know how to handle most situations that could arise, able to look at the facts and react in an unbiased way.
Lastly, I have played BLW JB for a long, long time, back in 2016-2017 I remember playing on these servers, and it's always been my go to. I took a long break and when I came back, I immediately gravitated towards BLW JB, as the prior experiences I had had were only positives. I'd like to be able to help in any way shape or form to keep the great image of BLW up, and make it so others can have as much fun as I have had over such a long time.

How often do you play TF2?
Pretty much daily, with the occasional breaks in-between for work or personal reasons. Most of my current active TF2 time is on BLW.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
For Jailbreak I'd make sure that newer players to the BLW server or gamemode itself have a fair chance, the main counterpoint to this is Cheating, Racism/Hate speech and MFK (Mass freekill). You have to be careful with how you punish people though, and having thorough knowledge of the rules is needed to moderate a Jailbreak server, to know the scale and severity of punishments. It's important to make sure that these are handed one at a time, each follow-up punishment being more severe, to punish repeat offenders who most likely are doing it deliberately with intention to ruin the gameplay for others.

My one and only punishment, my April 28th teamban, was given without warning or notice at what I had done. I had trapped a fellow Blue in a red side "airlock", which at the time was a good laugh with me and the other blue in there. All remaining reds were in the last minigame (first to finish for LR), watched over by the other guards and the warden with literally 0 chance of rebelling or escape. I truly meant this as a joking manner, and the guard trapped inside laughed too, but I do accept this is classed as Griefing. However, I was punished without any prior warning whatsoever, and if I had have been notified at it, I would've immedietely rectified my mistake and taken any warning or slaying given to me, personally I felt that a straight up teamban for a joking action with 0 consequences was a bit harsh.
Other than that, that is my only punishment, and I have a good standing with many of the players on USJB. This community is always incredible, and I want to help where if and where I can.
