Resolved out dated plugin (i think)

was thinking on playing on a zombie server in Singapore with my friends but found out it was completely broken and basically unplayable.
Thepluginis completely broken(i think).

e.g engies getting cross bows and no primary, stuck in spawn and not being able to pick teams.

i hope this is a fixable problem
