Only me that lags on blackwonder sg servers

Hello my name is Qol i came from Indonesia, so i would usually play at blackwonder sg servers, but somehow its only my ping that's high, none of my friends are, but when i join a different server that is also placed on sg (eg: Uncletopia) my ping is normal, my ping is also normal at valve sg official servers so im sure its not my connection problem, this is really annoy me for the past week since casual is currently very unplayable and i hope someone has a solution to this (and yeah i just make an account today because of this) (edit: just realise there's a report discussion so i'll report it there, and idk how to delete this so just ignore this)
