Invalid not sure if this is a ban but i need a gag removed

i was spamming binds the other day, because i forgot the rules of the server and i got gagged. the gag happened a couple of days after the server vote happened and the gag has been on the whole day (i left a few miniutes after i saw the gag take place). do i have to play for 30 miniutes for it to be removed or does it go away after 30 miniutes of disconnection? i'm sorry if i'm posting in the wrong section as i am new to forums. i cant talk to the people on the server that need to talk i need help now please
