Resolved not a problem but how do i find out why i am banned

anytime i join a blackwonder server it says i am banned so i go to what it says "blackwonder.tf" and i try to find my ban but my username has changed since then and i cant find why im banned so if anyone is able to find out then PLEASE tell me

You appear to be banned for connecting on a duplicate account that is already banned. If you feel that your ban is incorrect, you are more than welcome to appeal it here.
