Declined New format for punishment appeals

Could we add so that you can choose what platform you've been banned from. For example a Discord option. This is a small detail which isn't even a problem but again, I like these smaller details.

Not really necessary IMO. The current punishment appeal gets the job done fine; besides, I feel like another tab for another type of punishment appeal would make things cluttered.

And no need to add a new tab we could also just have a checkbox where if you click it it becomes a discord appeal
