Declined New ban command

Today I was playing on jailbreak with a lot of freekillers and mic less people on blu team, So I asked Loldielol and Arcalium for help. He banned some freekillers but he really couldn't do anything about the people on blu without a mic.
On other servers I've seen a guard/blu ban plugin so they can't be on blu team but they can still play.

So I would love too see this plugin on BlackWonder jailbreak as well...
I hope you guys could add that.
