Resolved Music Stacking up in FF2

Sometimes in Freak Fortress 2, the hale music stacks up, causing some people to get annoyed by it.
It mostly happens with the Bonk Boy's and Christian Brutal Sniper's theme

Is there any fix for that?

snd_restart in the dev console should be a temporary fix to this.
