Completed More weapons effects on vsh servers pelss

Put more effects on vsh servers pelss. The weapons effects is goods but some weapons dont have effects. Pls add a think to ban pleyers

A think for ban players are the calladmin tool then staff take it , about the weapons effects i dont know.
