Declined Minimum waiting time before you can apply for admin again.

I was thinking there could be a minimum time you would have to wait before you were able to apply again? Maybe a week or something like that, so things like this don't happen.

I don't know, this is just a suggestion.

EDIT: Just incase someone asks, "What if I post my admin application early?" You would of course, still be able to edit your application, just post a comment saying "Uploaded too early, doing the rest now." Something like that.

People can always apply whenever they feel ready to do so.
