Why would you like to become a moderator?
I really like the community on your servers and I'd really like to make the game less unfair to make people enjoy the game without any cheaters or chat/mic spammers. I do have some records on votekicks and votemute/gag just to make the game more enjoyable. I always do help people in your Dodgeball servers and make conversations and jokes and so on

In Dodgeball servers:
Stealing Rockets: In server i would like to moderate theres auto slay after 2 rocket steals ,warning and explain why Its forbidden. If the player still doing 12 hours ban, 1 day ban, 2 days ban, 4 days ban, 1 week ban, 1 month ban, permament ban.
Donor abusing !votekick/gag/mute: 30 mins ban, 1 hour ban, 12 hour ban, 1 day ban, 2 days ban, 4 days ban, 1 week ban, 2 weeks ban, 1 month ban, permament ban.
delaying the round by rocket: First slay with a warning, then a kick, 30 mins ban, 1 hour ban, 3 hours ban, 6 hours ban, 12 hours ban, 1 day ban, 2 days ban, 4 days ban, 1 week ban, 1 month ban, permament ban.
blocking player: 1. kick, then 30 mins ban, 1 hour ban, 3 hour ban, 6 hour ban, 12 hour ban, 1 day ban, 2 days ban, 4 days ban, 1 week ban, 1 month ban, permament ban.
evading punishment: 6 hours ban, 12 hours ban, 1 day ban, 2 days ban, 1 week ban, 1 month ban, permament ban
Using cheats: I'll record it with xbox gamebar record system, then permament ban
abusing !calladmin: 2 days ban. If the player still doing, then, 1 week ban, 2 week ban, 1 Month ban, permament ban

Advertising cheats/hacks: parmanent mute/Gag and that's because i hate hacks and people should play fairly
Racism and hatefull manners: straight 1 hour mute/gag and so on till permanent mute/gag

My chat log is not in good position and that's because I really like to say things the way I feel and sometimes it's a problem and I'm calming down and making myself more concious of my actions. I swear sometimes but not in racist way even tho I'm brown skinned (if you know what i mean).... I do sometimes mention in chats that I smoke weed and I'm now aware of that it's actually not aproppriate to mention it in a game where some people don't really want to know about it. I'm really sorry for my chat log and one punishment that I've got.
