Alert! Maybe here is bad English.
Game: -30or40sec total time, +10or15sec after the engineer is killed or dead. Why? Very often medics spend a lot of time trying to catch a small or big number of engies in one hard spot, this will give medics a chance to catch the rest of the engies.
Medics: Remove damage when a medic uses double leap to push an engie. Why? Medics now is just too OP, and any other tactics other than mass defense in one spot or exploit almost dont work.
Engineers: Add new perk: engineer can place mini-sentry, but cant dispenser and teleporters, and maybe -10% firearms damage. Why? I think this will motivate engies to defending alone and more aggressively play than they are playing on the server now
