Why would you like to become a moderator?
I am applying for the moderator position due to my deep commitment to the dodgeball, the one and only server where I play, BlackWonder. I've been an active member of the community for a considerable time I am dedicated to fair play, understanding the importance of consistent, fair rule enforcement and ofcourse responsibility. With personal experience, I can (I’d say) effectively resolve conflicts, maintain a positive environment as best, as I can. I am very active, familiar with all rule violations, and can promptly address it. Also one important thing, I treat everyone the same. Also in the later hours when I play, there might not be any moderator on the server. (Usually is needed)

Since I'm also mentioned in staff known I'll also put my input here.

I wasn't asked if I could be mentioned either but in general I don't make a fuss about that.

What I do want to make a point about is your behaviour on our servers when we both played.

In fact I recently punished you for breaking a rule.

• You cross-sniped once, which I thought might have been an accident because there was someone else from my team standing right behind me.
• You cross-sniped a second time for which I smit you. Then you started complaining that other people play like that as well, for which I told you to then report them.
• As retaliation, you chose to cross-snipe me a third time, for which I gave you an hour timeout. During that hour you tried to join multiple times but that's about it.

After that whole situation once that hour was over, you joined back, and thankfully I didn't need to punish you for anything else. However I did have to try and persuade you to not apply until you are fully aware of the rules and are capable of keeping others in check before they break said rules.


Because of that infraction alone which wasn't long before this application, I don't believe that you know all of our rules, nor do I think that you're capable of enforcing them.



Another thing I'd like to mention is that based on your activity on our servers, I've seen a lot of sessions where you were on one of our servers with no point changes. Quite a lot of these sessions were from 15-20 minutes up to an hour. My logical assumption would be that you sat AFK in spectator, trying to inflate your playtime.

The rest of the issues have been mentioned by the others already.

• Dagger mentioned the blatant copy-paste.
• Dan, Ricky and Michael mentioned that you didn't ask if they could be added, me included.
• Ricky also mentioned that you haven't been enforcing the rules, or at the very least tried to stop anyone.

In that sense I haven't seen any activity from you on our forums or our Discord server.

For everything mentioned above, I am against the applicant getting accepted.

You're still very early from having the qualifications of joining us as a new staff member, with quite a few concerns listed.
