LR issue.

Apparently if LR is given but all the blus switch to red before the round ends (if they were all given freedays, for example), so that it shows the "Waiting for 1 more player before the round starts" notification, the LR won't apply once someone joins blu and starts the next round. Only have footage of this occurring on the "Freeday for Others" LR, but it may happen with others as well, I'm not sure. Issue happens at tick 17000 of attached demo.
