If there is one red left in a mini game like obby does he get lr. Because he can stand at the beginning and wait for others do die

No, in order for a red to gain lr in a mini-game, all other reds have to die and the last surviving red must finish the mini-game.
Plus many wardens always have them make continuous progress.

Not to be rude but, nothing in the rules state that the red must the finish obby or deathrun to get the lr. The rules state "Warden can ask the last prisoner to finish the game they are playing to get their "Last Request"..."
