I had around 6000 credits and wanted to buy 2 reclaimed metal. Sent trade offer three times and credits were subtracted without receiving metal. Ended up with -1 credits.

Any way I can get the metal or a refund? My account is premium, authenticator enabled, no trade hold. Trade worked last time I did it.
