Resolved Lost Credit

I play on this server for a month now and i have over 900 credit (enough to buy refine)
So i buy 1 refine but nothing happen, i dont get any thing and then i play coin flip, i bet 100 but i lost, and when i do another it said not enough credit
when i check it said 0, a fricking number 0
ALL I WANTED WAS TRADE FOR A HAT
