Resolved Lagging on US Jailbreak

The title says it all. I only have roughly 35-40 ping. However, it should not lag anyway.

This seems like a client side issue. Could be poor connection to the server.

Need net_graph 4 enabled with the video, so we can see where the fault is

Alright! whenever underjail map changes I will record it with net_graph4. That only map I have problems with so far.
