Why would you like to become a moderator?
To help reassure the community that acts of cheating, harassment, and out right bullying are taken care of regardless of age, sex, religion, or race.

How often do you play TF2?
Everyday when not working. Evenings when I work.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
*Hacking and/or cheatiny - Instant ban.
*Begging for gifts - First time will result in a warning of offense. Second time will result in a 1-2 hour.
mute/gagging. Third time offenses will be dealt with a daily mute or gag.
*Spams - Will result in a warning until the offense has surpassed warning issue levels. Gagging and muting will be a secondary punishment for 1-2 honors depending on the severity of the span. Third time offence will result in noting of the players name and watching for further instances.
*Griefing - Will be punishable by a warning and followed by either a vote to spectator or ban for one-hour. continuing to ignore warnings and/or punishments will result in a ban of the specified server for 1 hour until individual.
*Racism and/or sexist comments - Will result in a FIRM warning. If the warning is hindered it will result in a thee-hour gag/mute, after this punishment if the individual continues to harass they will be ban for one-hour setting at a time.
*Exploits - This will result in the banning of two-hours on the first offence and continue in increments of such if offenses continue.
** Past offenders will be watched over more carefully depending on the severity and reasoning for their punishment.

I firmly believe this server as-well as all servers are a privilege to be in, not a right. Offenses towards the staff and other players should not be tolerated under any circumstances regardless of age, sex, religion, or race.
