i really enjoy szf, it was my favorite server and in my perspective becoming a moderator would help, is not the most useful or specfic answer but is the most sincere

theres actually not an ideal way but for general cases 3 days mute/chatban and giving the player and advice, if this happens again (and imagine that is now worse) now is a 4 weeks mute/chatban, if this continues i wont have any other option than banning that player from the server

General case would be like me.
Breaks the rules (VIA chat text/VC), gets an advice.
Do it again, get another advice.
Since the most usual issue on szf is (including me) slurs and toxicity.
Not sure what else I could edit on my post, I'm also new to this so I'm asking for some guiding what I should do or change

A good start would be to find the rules page of the gamemode you're applying for and go over those.

What we're looking to see is if you know how to handle each situation where someone breaks the rules.
Saying,

"a player breaks the rules so I will punish them"

doesn't quite show us you know what the rules are or how they're properly handled.

You mentioned slurs and toxicity, which is a start. So how exactly are they punished, and then what other rules should be added to the section?
