Which servers have you previously managed?
From 2016-2019 I was a moderator at Idleserver.com, a small but active Jailbreak community. I never got into much trouble there and I was one of the most well liked staff on this team. I made many friends on that server and still play with a lot of them now. I recently still had powers, despite the lack of players for many years, up until this year when the owner finally reset the server.

Why would you like to become a moderator?
Jailbreak is an important game mode to me and has been a huge part of my online gaming experience. I know how important proper staffing is and the impacts of an unregulated jailbreak server; aswell as an overregulated server. I really think that with mod powers, I will be able to provide positive additional staffing to this Jailbreak server. I care a lot for this community and want it to last. I know the rules very well, I want to work with the current staff with reports, potential rule changes, and overall I want the player base to enjoy their experience on BLW servers. I want to stop trolls and bad actors to help keep the server on a good path. I want to have the maximum resources to keep USJB as exciting and awesome as it is now. I want to give back to BLW in a way I know I’d be helpful. With the 500+ hours I’ve spent on this server and the hundreds, perhaps thousands of hours I’ve played on Idleserver, I know I have good judgment and can maintain a proper balance of justice and fun to this server. I have been playing the Jailbreak game mode forever it seems, and I would be grateful to be able to volunteer my time again to create a good experience for everyone.

How often do you play TF2?
I play when I’m not working or with family. I would say I put in at least 30 hours of gaming a week. When I play TF2, It’s usually JB.

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
Jailbreak is one of the hardest game modes to moderate because of the extensive rules and awareness required to punish the right people with the right punishment. Punishments in game would be subject to whatever situations they occur in. For example: If someone accidentally breaks a rule, I would consider a smaller punishment outside of a typical punishment ladder. Some of these punishments listed below are only approximations of what I would do in game. All of my games are recorded using demo support and can be used for evidence if needed.

The Oct 5th 2020 ban was reported when I was not a regular. I did not allow the props enough time to properly fan out before I started to shoot at the props. The March 29th ban was a Donor vote that was called after I did not allow enough time for a red to follow an order, this was around the time I started playing JB after a long hiatus. I successfully reported a-z for donor abuse for the April 27th ban, I consider it to be illegitimate because of this. The September 2nd ban was a result of me not realizing the warden died, and I killed the players who left cells. A very stupid mistake on my part. As for the Oct 19th ban for “line laser abuse”, this was not a written rule until I was banned for it. I gave the laser to the red as warden, and it was not my intention for him to spam it. It was not on my radar as a warden as it was not mentioned in the rules at the time of the incident. Looking back at these teambans, I consider the September 2nd incident to be the worst offense I’ve committed, and It was truly an accident.
I have not received a commblock since joining BLW in 2024.

Recently teamban was honestly a mistake due to not implementing line lazer rule. However, the actual teamban was on September 2nd from 10k for free killing. You did well with your punishment outline, but you increased punishment length slightly too much for the blue team rather than general-wise. I wish you the best of luck! Some issues with unnecessary commentary on forum reports/appeals last year. As we're transitioning to tickets on Discord, it's not as big of a concern anymore.

I feel sorry about this stint of message history. I've talked to some staff about this, and I want to say that It was not my intention to disrupt anybody's posts and I realized after it was just intrusive, and unnecessary.

Punishment section looks good. The scale on the punishment length is still steep but it's good that you understand they increase with repeat offenses and recognize which punishments are harsher.

The punishment ladder is difficult to put together for some rules. Each situation deserves its own punishment, and I don't want to cripple a player with an extensive sentence for a misunderstanding. Or be lenient with a wolf in sheep clothes. With in-game experience and guidance from other JB staff, I'll be able to better place the correct times to the right infractions.

Since you have my name listed on your application-- I'm not terribly active on jailbreak but I haven't had any in-game issues with you. Admittedly I have not been your all-time biggest fan, but in keeping an open mind I've come to enjoy your chatter.

I've gotten along with you pretty well on the server so I'm glad to hear you don't have any issues with me lol. I don't expect you or anyone to be my biggest fans, but I think that most players see that I know the rules well and that I care about JB and the community that this gamemode fosters.
